In previous ROT Rallies, there was an official parade of motorcycles down Congress Avenue. Not this year. I don’t know if this change was due to a difference in the ROT Rally venue. Or because of COVID. We’ll see what they do next year.
I knew there was no parade this year and almost didn’t go. Luckily I went anyway. While somewhat quieter than previous years, the area around 6th Street was still hopping — more than enough for worthwhile street photography. A steady trickle of riders down 6th Street gave me a mini-parade to shoot.
In this mini-series, interesting mini-parade scenes that I captured. Today’s photo is about the interaction of the riders with the woman by the side. Also, are the riders friends, or did they just meet? They seem to have similar tastes in vehicles.
